开始礼拜，面向麦加天房排班。

排好班后，先举意，然后抬高双手，大拇指摸到耳珠为限 (勿高勿低，女子指头向上与肩齐)，与此同时念下句：

اَللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ

Allahu Akbar

安拉至大。  

Allah is the Greatest.

右手搭在左手背上，放在脐下 (女子一样右手搭在左手背上但放胸前)，念下列经文：

سُبْحَانَكَ الَّلهُمَّ وَ بِحَمْدِكَ وَ تَبَارَكَ اسْمُكَ 

Subhana kullaa humma wabihamdika wa tabara kusmuka

安拉！我赞你超绝，我感谢你，你的尊名吉祥

O Allah, Glorified, Praise-worthy, and Blessed is Your Name

وَ تَعَالَى جَدُّكَ وَ لَا إِلَهَ  غَيْرُكَ

wata ala judduka wa la ilaha ghai-ruk.

你伟大高尚，除你之外再无主宰。

and Exalted Your Majesty and there is no god worthy of worship except You.

求 护 词 

أََعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ

A’ oozu billahi min-nash-shai ta nirrajeem,

我祈求安拉护佑远离被驱逐的恶魔。

I seek refuge in Allah from the rejected Satan.

奉 名 词

بِسْمِ اللّهِ الرَّحْمـَنِ الرَّحِيمِ 

Bis-millaa hirrahmaa nirraheem.

奉普慈特慈安拉之名。

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

念完以上各段之后，即念:

اَللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ

安拉至大 Allah is the Greatest

鞠躬 (两手捉住两膝，平背直腰，眼看两脚面)

鞠躬时念

سُبْحَانَ رَبِِّيَ الْعَظِيمِ 

Subhana rabbi-yal azeem.  (3 times)

诚赞养我的主，伟大超绝！(三次)

Glory to my Lord the Great. (3 times)

鞠躬后，立身时念:

سَمِعَ اللَّهُ لِمَنْ حَمِدَهُ

Sami Alla huliman hami-dah.

主啊！接纳赞者的赞颂吧！

Allah has heard all who praise Him.

立定时 (两眼平视) 接念：

رَبَّنَا لَكَ الْحَمْدُ

Rabba-na lakal hamdu.

养育我们的主呀！我们赞颂祢！

Our Lord!  Praise be to You!

随即念：

اَللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ

Allahu Akbar

安拉至大  Allah is the Greatest

跪下来叩头 (脚趾、膝头、双手、鼻尖、前额皆贴地)。

叩头时念：

سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الْأَعْلَى

Subhana rabbi-yal a-la. (3 times)

诚赞养育我的主清高超绝！(三次)

Glory to my Lord, the most High. (3 times)

叩完第一次头后，随即念：

اَللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ

Allahu Akbar

安拉至大  Allah is the Greatest,

坐下。坐时，铺平左脚作垫坐，立起右脚掌五趾贴地(女子斜坐，左条脚放在右条脚上，脚趾皆贴地)，双手平放腿上，眼看大腿。

随即念：

اَللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ

Allahu Akbar

安拉至大  Allah is the Greatest

叩第二次头，如同第一次头，念：

سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الْأَعْلَى

Subhana rabbi-yal a-la. (3 times)

诚赞养育我的主清高超绝！(三次)

Glory to my Lord, the most High. (3 times)

第一拜完成，随即念:

اَللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ

Allahu Akbar

安拉至大  Allah is the Greatest

起立做第二拜如第一拜做法。

如果所作的是两拜，在第二拜两次叩头后跪坐，双手放腿上，铺平左脚作垫坐，立起右脚，伴在右臀边(女子斜坐)，双手平放腿上，眼看大腿。

念「诚赞词」和「作证言」如下：

اَلتَّحِيَّاتُ لِلَّهِ وَالصَّلَوَاتُ وَالطَّيِّبَاتُ

Atta-hiyyatu lillahi was swala wa tu wat-tayyibatu

一切赞念、礼拜、施舍之功都是为主而作！

All prayers and worship through words, action, and sanctity to You.

اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ

assalamu alaika, ayyu hun-nabeeyu wa rahma-tullahi wa baraka tuhu

噢!穆圣啊!求主赐给你安宁、慈惠、吉庆!

Peace be on you, Oh Prophet, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings. 

اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْنَا وَعَلَى عِبَادِ اللَّهِ الصَّالِحِينَ

assalamu alaina, wa ala iba-dillaa his-swaliheen

求主赐我们平安,亦赐予清廉的忠贞仆人。

Peace be on us and on those who are righteous servants of Allah. 

أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ  وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّداً عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ

Ashhadu anla ilaha il lallahu wa ash-hadu anna Muhammadan abd-duhu wa rasuuluhu.

（提起右手食指，念）：我作证，万物非主，唯有安 拉，又作证，穆罕默德是主忠仆，是主使者。

(Raise the forefinger of your right hand, say :) I bear witness that there is no god but Allah and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and His messenger. 

如果，所作的是三拜或四拜，在念完以上经文之后，再起立继续念：

اَللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ

Allahu Akbar

安拉至大 

Allah is the Greatest

若已是最后一拜末坐，念过「诚赞词」和「作证言」后，须加念下段「祝赞词」和「都啊」：

末坐「祝赞词」和「都啊」(祈祷文)

اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

Allaahumma swalli'ala Muhammadin WA' ala a-li  Muhammad

噢！主啊！求祢慈悯穆罕默德及其家属，

O Allah, exalt Muhammad and the family members of Muhammad

كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَعَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ

kama swallaita' ala Ibrahim wa' a-la a-li Ibrahim

犹如祢慈悯易卜拉欣及其家属一样，

as You did exalt Ibrahim and his family members.

إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ

In-naka hameedum Majeed

你确是尊大受赞的主。

Surely You are the Praised, the Glorious.

اَللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

Allaa hum ma-barik ala Muhammadin wa' ala a-li  Muhammadin

求祢赐穆罕默德及其家属吉庆，

O Allah, bless Muhammad and the family members of Muhammad

كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَعَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ

kama baruk-ta' ala Ibrahim, wa' a-la a-li Ibrahim

犹如祢赐吉庆与易卜拉欣及其家属一样，

as You did bless Ibrahim and his family members.

إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ

In-naka hameedum Majeed

你确是尊大受赞的主。

Surely You are the Praised, the Glorious.

اَللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْلِي وَلِوَالِدَيَّ وَلِأُسْتَاذِي

Allaahumma magh fir-li wa liwali dayya wali osta dhina

主啊！求祢恕赦我，和我的父母、师长，

O Allah, forgive me and my parents, my teachers,

وَلِجَمِيعِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِينَاتِ وَالْمُسْلِمِينَ وَالْمُسْلِمَاتِ

wa li jami-el mo’minina wal mo’-minati,wal muslimina wal muslimati,

恕赦一切有信德的男女，穆斯林的男女

and all the believing men and women and Muslim men and women, 

اَلْأَحْيَاءِ مِنْهُمْ وَالْأَمْوَاتِ بِرَحْمَتِكَ يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِينَ

al ah ya yi, minhum wal umwati bi-rahmatika ya ar-ha-mar ra-hi meen. 

他们中活着的与已死的。全凭借你的慈悯，慈悯中最善于慈悯的主!

the alive and the dead.with Your mercy, O Most Merciful Lord. 

在念完以上的各段经文之后，完礼时向两旁，先右后左念「祝安词」，头转向右边，眼即随着看右肩头，又把头转向左边，眼即随着看左肩头，每边都要念「祝安词」，如下：

اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ

Assalamu ‘alaikum wa rahmatul-laah.

主赐你们平安，并慈爱你们。

Peace be with you and Allah’s blessings.

至此，全拜完成。
