بِسْمِ اللّهِ الرَّحْمـَنِ الرَّحِيمِ 

Bismillaa hirrahmaa nirraheem

奉普慈特慈安拉之名

قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ 

Qul a-ou-dzu birab-bil falaqi

〔1〕你说：我求庇于曙光的主，

Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of the dawn,

مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ 

Min shar-ri ma-khalaqa

〔2〕免遭他所创造者的毒害；

From the evil of what He has created,

وَمِن شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ 

Wa min shar-ri gha-siqin i-dza wa qaba

〔3〕免遭黑夜笼罩时的毒害；

And from the evil of the utterly dark night when it comes,

وَمِن شَرِّ النَّفَّاثَاتِ فِي الْعُقَدِ

Wa min shar-rinnaf-fa thati fil u qadi

〔4〕免遭吹破坚决的主意者的毒害；

And from the evil of those who blow on knots,

وَمِن شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ

Wa min shar-ri ha-sidin i-dza hasa-d.

〔5〕免遭嫉妒者嫉妒时的毒害。

And from the evil of the envious when he envies.
